The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art has been using AdvancedWebmail.net's web email system for little over a month and has found the system addresses a crucial challenge faced by our institution. With four facilities spread out across a four county region of Southwestern Pennsylvania, the Museum did not have the luxury of networking our institutions until we started using web mail and web folders, provided by AdvancedWebmail.net. Today, the Museum staff can share documents on line and communicate through instant messaging, which has cut down on the use of sending large email attachments while providing standard email options. The use of web folders has allowed the institution an opportunity to backup their documents into web folders, which again provides a centralized service that would otherwise only be available through a network or mainframe system. Brian Shrift began providing services to my public accounting firm in July of 2003 with the upgrade of our network from Novell to Windows. Brian has provided prompt, courteous service with extreme flexibility of service hours. I also appreciate the contemporaneous maintenance approach including proactive virus action. It is not unusual to receive an e-mail from Brian informing us of additional virus protection he has performed on our system at the time of a new national computer virus outbreak. Brian has also demonstrated system value consciousness in his recommendations of hardware/software changes. The use of remote system access (VPN) is a good example of his approach to delivering value service.
